Guests to meet at 2pm, at Dudley's Cottage (4 Buckingham St) in Arrowtown. From there you will be escorted to the ceremony location. While we love your kids, we ask that any child under the age of 10 is kindly not present for the ceremony. They are of course very welcome at the reception! Arrangements will be made for some sitters during the ceremony up at the house where the reception will be, so if you would like to get in on that, please let Aya know.

After the ceremony, we will walk together to the reception at the Bush Creek home, where we will have some drinks, food, dancing and a couple of speeches. Children of all ages are welcome to the reception. We are going for a mingley vibe so it's not a formal sit down to dine situation. We have invited guests from all walks of our lives and can promise you're all GC's so don't be shy. Children of all ages are welcome to the reception

The celebration continues and as the sun sets, Bush Creek will come to life! At this point of the evening, we kindly ask that all guest under 18 go home. Music and dance will see the night through, we have a great DJ however we also have many DJ friends so if that's you, feel free to load up a coupley USB's with vibes to play and you can tag in if you're feeling it. Respectfully, no D&B or Country please. We don't have a specific 'end' time.. Take with that what you will. Please refer to the Q&A section for more detail (transport, what to wear etc)
